No other catch phrase invokes interest like SAVE MONEY does for the Miami Valley or anywhere in these difficult times. No list of what has caused the interest in saving money is necessary because most everyone has been touched by some change that has put strain on our budget. The Wellness Card LLC organization is responding to the needs and wants of people in the Dayton and surrounding areas by offering an opportunity to save money on mental health and alcohol and drug recovery treatment.

Wellness Discount Card offers the membership reduced rates to see our providers for mental health issues and/or recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. Wellness Card allows members to see any of our professional providers, pay the same day and receive discounted rate for the service.

Wellness Card is NOT insurance nor does it intend to replace insurance, it simply is a group of people coming together to save money. If you a buying a pack of gum or a new car it is a fact that the more people that split the cost, the less expensive the purchase will be for each person. Instead of buying that gum or new car, the purchase is the services of a psychiatrist, therapist or other health professional for mental health or addiction recovery. More members, less cost for each person.

Wellness Discount Card requires a monthly membership fee that is paid for by the month, quarter or semi annually. When membership fees are current, you are eligible for a discounted appointment rate for any service covered under the plan when you pay the appointment rate the same day. You may cancel at any time in the first 30 days and in writing giving a 30 day notice any time after the first 30 days.
